Bernard Feinstein has over 30 years of experience in the commercial brokerage industry. Bernard acts as President, Broker and Director of Business Development at Paracom Realty Corporation. He has extensive expertise brokering transactions in acquiring and assembling land, as well as in leasing retail space in provinces throughout Canada.

In 1995, Bernard entered into a partnership with Seymour Schwartz. A staff of experienced commercial real estate sales representatives was hired and the company has prospered ever since. Bernard's passion for the real estate business is as visible today as it was 30 years ago. The lifelong friendships he has made throughout his career can only attest to the rewards and accolades of his success.
