Don has worked in the industry for over 40 years and was previously Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Development for the Hudson's Bay Company where he spent 37 years of his career. Don was in charge of all the real estate for the Hudson's Bay Company which included property administration, tax assessments and related appeals, real estate legal services and the implementation of a strategy for new stores and expansions or relocations and disposals for The Bay, Zellers and Home Outfitters. During Don's career at HBC he was heavily involved in the acquisition of Zellers, Simpson's, Towers, Woodward's, Robinson's and K-Mart as well as approximately 22 Eaton's stores.

Don joined Paracom Realty Corporation in September 2009 and brings his management techniques, negotiating expertise and strategy development potentials to Paracom and is currently assisting several clients in implementing growth strategies for their businesses.
