Seymour Schwartz has worked in the real estate industry for the past 35 years. As co-owner of several national retail chains, he chose to focus on the real estate aspect of the retail business. These chains included, Lighting Unlimited, Yu Fashions, Frontier Fruit and Nut, and House of Knives.

In 1987, Seymour sold his businesses and joined the Molson's Companies Limited, where he held the position Vice-President of Real Estate for eight years. Within this position, he was directly responsible for acquisitions and disposals in retail divisions nationwide.

Seymour Schwartz is now a partner in Paracom Realty Corporation. He focuses on business strategies, legal issues, marketing, accounting and research.
